Thankyou !!!! just consumed whole thing (well, we both did!) and DELICIOUS!!! So we have our own chickens so that we can eat ‘happy’ eggs so I exchanged the chia seeds for 4 eggs. Exchanged soy sauce for the nutritional yeast since I didn’t have any of that and YUM!!! so that’s our meal for our next dinner guests sorted! Looking forward to trying the Cauliflower Risotto next! Keep ’em coming please!
