This Acai bowl recipe is packed with healthy protein and fats! It is the perfect way to start you day. Vegan, paleo, and delicious.

Ingredients
  

BASE

  • 2 Sambazon Acai Berry Unsweetened Superfruit packs
  • ¾ (frozen or fresh) banana
  • 1 TBS protein powder
  • ¼ cup boxed coconut milk (or almond etc)
  • stevia (1 packet)
  • ½ tsp vanilla

TOPPINGS (I used)

  • ¼ cup frozen blueberries
  • ¼ banana
  • 1 TBS rolled oats
  • 1 TBS raisins
  • ½ TBS hemp seed hearts
  • 1 tsp chia seeds

Instructions
 

  • Combine all base ingredients in a blender
  • Blend on high until a smoothie like consistency is created
  • transfer to bowl
  • add toppings
